Trewince Holiday Lodges, situated near Portscatho on The Roseland in Cornwall, offers a range of well-appointed wooden lodges for both Self-catering and Timeshare guests.
Trewince is a 26 acre estate nestled in the southern tip of the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. It contains a Georgian Manor House, (currently undergoing renovations) with sea views to one side and our woods and private quay to the other. The resort is surrounded by idyllic countryside and enjoys a prime position overlooking the English Channel. Being tucked away in the southerly tip of the Roseland affords us the all important peace and quiet that really makes the difference when you’re on holiday. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are a rural, tranquil site in a picturesque location, far away from the crowds. If to get away from it all is what you crave then this is the place for you.

Lodge L56 – Seaglass
Seaglass is finished to a high standard and the furnishings offer a bright, airy and modern feel throughout. The bi-fold doors open out onto a fully enclosed decked area, bringing the outside in, plus allowing outdoor dining, making it perfect for families, well behaved dogs and couples alike.
Lodge E25 – Holm Oak
Lodge E25 Holm Oak is located on the West Lawn. The lodge is surrounded by a large private garden, with easy access to the Manor House Lawn, making it perfect for families. There are fabulous views from the enclosed decking area, over fields to Gerrans Bay. The decking area benefits from sunshine in the morning to late afternoon. Parking for two cars is available outside the lodge with easy access to the property.
Lodge E42 – Nare
Lodge E42 Nare lodge is located on the East Lawn. A quieter area of the site but still close to Reception and Pool. Parking right outside the lodge with a couple of steps up to the door. Bedrooms: 1 x King and 2 x Twin. Lovely view out across the sea towards Gull Rock and Nare Head from the upstairs balcony. Recommended for younger families as easy access to the Manor House lawn.
Lodge E45 – Greenaway
Lodge E45 – Greenaway is a beautifully refurbished, stylish family and pet friendly lodge situated on the peaceful East Lawn. The lodge has a wonderful position nestled amongst trees and situated close to the swimming pool and reception area. Access to the Manor Lawn is just a step away and so is fantastic for families to enjoy the space and walks around the estate.
